The Role

At Sirican, this role isn’t just about posting. You’ll own the voice and presence of multiple brands across platforms. You’ll plan, write, direct, and sometimes film. You’ll understand why something performed well — and replicate it intentionally. Not because it’s trending. Because it fits the brand.

What You’ll Actually Do

Build content calendars and platform strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta, and more
Write copy that sounds like a human wrote it — because you did
Direct and script short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
Handle community management and engagement without it feeling like a chore
Dig into analytics and report on what actually matters, not just likes

What We’re Looking For

Cultural awareness, sharp writing instincts, and a genuine feel for what works on each platform. We want someone who already has content ideas on the way to work. Bonus if you shoot and edit your own stuff.

Bonus Points

Basic video shooting and editing skills. Experience with scheduling tools like Buffer or Meta Business Suite.
