Job description

We’re building a new-age social media team focused on creating internet-native brands that people genuinely care about. This role is for someone who understands culture, content, trends, internet behaviour, and community: someone who’s excited to work closely with strategy, creators, founders, and fast-moving brands. You’ll be involved in the day-to-day execution and growth of social media across multiple brands while also helping us discover creators, trends, and emerging opportunities before everyone else does.

What You’ll Do

Social Media Execution

• Schedule and publish content across platforms.
• Assist in editing short-form content and reels.
• Write captions and support content packaging.
• Track post performance and engagement metrics.
• Test different formats, hooks, trends, and posting styles.
• Monitor comments, DMs, conversations, and community sentiment.

Influencer & Creator Scouting

• Research creators across Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X, and other platforms.
• Identify emerging creators before they become mainstream.
• Build and maintain creator databases with engagement stats, rates, and collaboration history.
• Help with influencer outreach, negotiation, and coordination.
• Spot viral trends, formats, and cultural moments relevant to brands.

Content & Strategy Support

• Assist strategists in trend research and idea generation.
• Help organise references, moodboards, and internet insights.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and shoots.

• Have a strong aesthetic sense for content.

Important

This is not a traditional corporate social media role. We care more about: Taste, Instinct, Cultural awareness, Curiosity, Storytelling ability than polished resumes or fancy titles. If you’re someone who naturally observes how people behave online and why certain content works, you’ll probably fit right in.

Experience required: 0–3 Years Experience

Compensation: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000/month (depending on experience)
