Job summary

Never Grow Up Mumbai is seeking a creative social media content specialist to craft campaigns and own content calendars across Instagram and LinkedIn from our Mumbai office. You will collaborate with internal teams and agencies, translate ideas into platform-ready posts, track engagement and reach, and help grow brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Social-Media, Content, Digital Marketing or similar role; freshers may apply.
• Strong written communication and ability to turn ideas into clear content.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, or related field preferred.
• Candidates with HR/Talent Beat experience have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content across social media platforms, primarily Instagram and LinkedIn, while owning day-to-day content calendars.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, conversations, cultural moments, formats and memes to identify fresh content opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, designers and other stakeholders to bring campaigns and content ideas to life.
• Develop content that is relevant to the platform, aligned with the brand and designed to drive meaningful engagement.
• Track and analyse social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, sentiment, audience growth and other relevant metrics.
• Support paid social campaigns through content development, amplification and performance tracking.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table and continuously look for ways to make our brands more relevant, engaging and impossible to scroll past.
