Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms; create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and other content.
• Assist in developing creative content aligned with the brand and coordinate with design team.
• Support content planning with a monthly social media calendar and monitor trends and hashtags.
• Assist in shooting and coordinating basic photos/videos for social media.
• Track post performance and engagement metrics; respond to comments when required.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the companys social media platforms. Create and schedule posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
• Assist in developing creative and engaging content aligned with the brand.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for social media creatives.
• Support content planning and maintain a monthly social media calendar. Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
• Assist in shooting and coordinating basic photos/videos for social media.
• Track post performance, engagement, reach, and other social media metrics.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally when required. Support social media campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives. Stay updated with current Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platform trends

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with an interest in social media and digital marketing. Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Basic understanding of Canva or similar design tools.
• Knowledge of reels/video editing will be an added advantage. Good understanding of current social media trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new content ideas
