Job summary

The Starter Labs in Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Social Media Assistant to capture everyday moments and turn them into engaging content for a public-facing personality. You will shoot and edit reels, stories and short‑form videos that resonate with the audience.

This role requires quick turnarounds, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to work independently, including travel for shoots on weekends or evenings when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media, especially Instagram.
• Excellent content instincts to identify engaging moments.
• Good eye for visual quality, storytelling and presentation.
• Able to shoot and edit short‑form content quickly.
• Proactive, self‑driven and able to work independently.
• Experience with creators or personal brands is a plus.

Working Style:

This is a hands-on role and may involve an unpredictable schedule depending on shoots, events and content requirements. The candidate should be comfortable with travel, shoots, weekends, holidays, early mornings or late nights, whenever required.
