Responsibilities

• Manage and handle the company's Instagram account daily.
• Plan and maintain the Instagram content calendar; create, schedule and publish posts, Stories, Reels and other content.
• Develop content plans and strategies to improve reach and engagement; stay updated with trends and algorithm changes.
• Track performance in Instagram Insights and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, views, followers and Reel performance.

Role & responsibilities

Instagram Account Management

• Manage and handle the company's Instagram account on a daily basis.
• Plan and maintain the Instagram content calendar.
• Create, schedule, and publish posts, Stories, Reels, and other Instagram content.
• Monitor account performance, engagement, followers, and reach.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries professionally.

Instagram Reels & Content Creation

• Create high-quality and engaging Instagram Reels.
• Ideate and execute creative Reel concepts based on current trends.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram.
• Create product/service-focused videos, promotional content, behind-the-scenes content, and trend-based Reels.
• Use trending audio, formats, hashtags, and Instagram features effectively.
• Develop content that matches the brand's tone and visual identity.

Content Planning & Strategy

• Research Instagram trends, competitors, and relevant content ideas.
• Develop creative content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
• Plan weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and sales teams for content requirements.
• Stay updated with Instagram algorithm changes, new features, and trending formats.

Performance & Growth

• Track Instagram insights and content performance.
• Prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, views, followers, and Reel performance.
• Identify high-performing content and develop similar content strategies.
• Suggest new ideas to increase organic reach, engagement, and followers.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in social media/Instagram management.
• Candidates with experience as an Instagram Content Creator, Social Media Executive, Reels Creator, or Influencer Content Creator are preferred.
• Must be highly active on Instagram and have a strong understanding of current trends.
• Portfolio or previous Instagram work/Reels is preferred.
