Job summary

IQVIA Global Delivery Center in India seeks a Social Media Analyst to manage execution and delivery activities supporting onshore business units and provide actionable insights to clients.

You will coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to develop dashboards, analyses and pharmacovigilance reporting, while ensuring quality and timely project execution under manager supervision.

Qualifications

• Post Graduate in Life Sciences/ Pharma Management/D Pharma (Freshe-1 year experience)
• Experience in healthcare data analysis is preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Research and analysis of healthcare data to provide insights and recommendations to clients
• Coordinate between onshore client-facing team and offshore delivery teams for dashboards, analyses and pharmacovigilance reporting
• Deliver projects by coordinating kickoff meetings, creating project plans, and managing deliverables under supervision
• Support report creation, quality checks and final deliverables for client presentations

Job Summary

As a social media analyst, Delivery employed with IQVIA s Global delivery center in India, you will be reporting to a manager and responsible for managing the execution and delivery activities supporting onshore business units of IQVIA to provide actionable insights to clients against their research objectives.

Your detailed job duties will include:

Responsibilities

• Under manager s guidance, you will be responsible for research and analysis of healthcare data to provide insights and recommendations to clients that aid in decision making
• Liaising between onshore client facing team and offshore delivery teams converting them into deliverables related to technology (dashboard KPIs), services (analysis reports) and pharmacovigilance (adverse event and PQC reporting)
• Delivering projects by participating in kick-off meetings, making project plan under manager s guidance, following the delivery schedule, following communication protocols, managing changes as per guidelines and contribute to overall project execution under manager s supervision
• Coordinate technology configurations, drive report creation using agreed research methodology, monitor quality and prepare final deliverables
• Attend research report presentation to the client over a call or in person and addressing their queries related to research
• Contributing to capabilities building to enhance current social media analysis capabilities
