Job summary

IQVIA India is hiring Analysts (Freshers & Early Talent) to join its healthcare analytics team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on commercial analytics, large-scale healthcare datasets, and data-driven solutions for global pharmaceutical clients.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in forecasting, segmentation, ROI analysis, pricing optimization, and patient/physician profiling, while collaborating with global stakeholders across the US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, Data Science, IT or related field.
• Knowledge of Python, R or SAS is preferred.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Analytics

Work on forecasting, segmentation, marketing mix modeling, and business analytics projects.

Analyze large healthcare datasets using Python, R, SAS, and Excel to generate actionable insights.

Perform ROI analysis, pricing optimization, patient and physician profiling, and brand performance analysis.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

Prepare reports and presentations for global stakeholders across the US and Europe.

Data Quality & Advanced Analytics

Ensure data validation and quality checks while applying regression models and optimization techniques.

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, Data Science, IT, or a related discipline.

You have knowledge of Python, R, or SAS (preferred).

You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage.

You possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

You are interested in healthcare analytics and can work effectively in global teams.
