Job summary

IQVIA in Bengaluru seeks a detail-oriented pharmaceutical professional to create and validate deep-dive reports for clients. You will manage deliverables, ensure timely quality, and work with diverse IQVIA teams to optimize resources and outcomes.

You'll use IQVIA products and internal databases, translate market requirements, and contribute to training and documentation. This role emphasizes ownership and collaboration within a client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/ Master’s Pharmaceutical degree or equivalent with up to 6 months of related experience.
• Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel advanced features.
• Effective written and oral communication across levels.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task and manage time in client-focused environments.
• Ability to translate concepts into easily understood guidance and provide training.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate in-depth reports and markets for internal and external clients.
• Ensure report/market specifications meet timeliness and quality expectations.
• Manage client deliverables using SOPs and coding best practices.
• Coordinate with IQVIA teams across multiple functions.
• Handle daily workloads in CSM Tool to optimize resource utilization.
• Participate in projects, learn new requirements, test tools, and develop training materials.
• Utilize IQVIA products (DDD, Xponent, FIA, LAAD, NPA Market Dynamics) and services.
• Access internal databases (OLP, TSO/DTSO, IDMS, CMFQ, FTP, MDT, BDE).
• Research, analyze, and respond to client market inquiries (NDC/CMF details).
• Monitor and adapt Market Business Rules; document changes.
• Interpret client requirements and maintain custom Market Definitions.
• Contribute to project documentation, including reports and presentations.

Core Tasks

• Create and validate in-depth reports and markets for internal and external clients.
• Responsible for ensuring report / market specifications including timeliness and quality meet client expectations.
• Manage the creation of client deliverables using Standard Operating Procedures and Coding Best Practices.
• Communicate with various IQVIA teams (Client Service Analysts, Clinicians, Management Teams, Scheduling, SSIG, Marketing, Data Investigation, and Verification-Release).
• Manage daily workloads in the CSM Tool to ensure the best utilization of total resources.
• Work on projects, learn new requirements, test new tools, create training materials and provide training.
• Solid knowledge of IQVIA products including extraction and formatting (DDD, Xponent, FIA, LAAD, NPA Market Dynamics and Xponent Prescribing Dynamics) and services.
• Ability to use IQVIA™ internal databases OLP, TSO/DTSO, IDMS, CMFQ, FTP, MDT, BDE.
• Research, analyze and respond to Client Service Analyst market inquiries (NDC/CMF details).
• Managing the weekly / monthly core Market Business Rule changes using Standard Operating Procedures including documentation of business rules.
• Interpret client market requirements - create and maintain clients’ custom Market Definitions in Market Definition Tool.
• Work on assigned project tasks (Market or Report).
• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentation .
