Samsung Semiconductor Bangalore is recruiting for Post-Silicon Validation Engineers / Leads in Domain Specific SoCs with 4-12 years of experience. Candidates should have strong fundamentals in digital/analog electronics, hands-on embedded C, and deep knowledge of SOC architectures and memory hierarchies.

• Fundamentals of digital and Analog electronics.
• 4-12 years of experience in post-silicon validation or embedded/bare-metal programming and system debugging.

Domain Specific SoCs

1. CMU/DVFS Validation: Clock Management Unit (CMU) and Dynamic Voltage & Frequency Scaling (DVFS).
2. PSP Validation: IROM / Platform Security Processor (PSP).
3. DMC / DRAM Validation: Dynamic RAM.
4. PMU – Power Management Unit.
5. NPU SoC.
