Job summary

N-able seeks an experienced SOC Manager to lead MDR SOC operations from Bengaluru. This Senior role oversees workforce planning, SOC performance metrics, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement and scalable service delivery.

Responsibilities include strategic leadership of SOC Managers, defining policies, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Product teams to strengthen MDR capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of SOC or IR experience with at least 3 years in senior leadership.
• Proven success managing multi-team or multi-site SOC operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
• Executive-level certification (CISSP, CISM, CCISO) strongly preferred.

• Define and enforce SOC policies, standards, and best practices.
• Lead workforce planning and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Track SOC KPIs and performance metrics to ensure service quality.

• Oversee incident handling processes and ensure escalation efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Product teams to strengthen MDR capabilities.
• Serve as a senior escalation authority for critical customer incidents.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service delivery roadmaps.
