Job summary

Nable Solutions in Bengaluru is looking for an MDR Senior SOC Manager to lead and optimize SOC operations, setting strategic direction and ensuring scalable service delivery.

The role oversees workforce planning, policy enforcement, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Threat Intelligence, and Product teams to strengthen MDR capabilities and incident response for key clients.

Qualifications

• 12 to 14 years of SOC or IR experience with at least 3 years in senior leadership.
• Proven success managing multi-team or multi-site SOC operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce SOC policies, standards, and best practices.

The Senior Manager partners with leadership across departments to drive continuous improvement and operational scalability.
