Qualifications

• Experience in lead, principal engineer or SME roles preferred; design/consultancy background not favored.

The ideal candidate should have extensive hands‑on exposure to refinery units and operational excellence initiatives, with a strong understanding of process troubleshooting, yield improvement, energy optimization, and operational support.
