Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an experienced Payments SME with deep expertise in Finastra Fusion Global Pay Plus (GPP) and Finastra Fusion Payments To Go. The role focuses on GPP design, configuration, testing and production support as the technical and functional point of contact.

• 7+ years of experience in Payments / GPP.
• Strong hands-on experience with Finastra Fusion Global Pay Plus.
• Good knowledge of Finastra Fusion Payments To Go.
• Experience in GPP configuration, testing and production support.

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for GPP-related technical and functional queries/issues.
• Liaise with customer, implementation and Finastra teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in LLD and ILD workshops and provide inputs on system architecture, interface design and integrations.
• Act as a GPP configuration expert for system and business configuration.
• Triage GPP testing issues using application logs, trace files and Oracle queries.
• Support SIT, UAT and NFT testing phases by resolving queries and reviewing test scope.
• Analyze and triage production issues and recommend appropriate workarounds.
• Support production upgrades and related activities.
• Participate in walkthroughs and reviews of Technical Specifications, Functional Specifications and Use Cases.
• Provide technical guidance to project and support teams.
