Job summary

MUFG Global Service Private Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Test Lead with 8–10 years of experience in testing core banking and payment systems. You will own test strategy, coordinate cross-group testing, and drive automation using Selenium.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of testing experience with GPP (Payment systems & Core Banking).
• Strong knowledge of GPP-SP for International & Domestic Payments; hands-on with Payments Hub, ACH, Real-Time, FX, Clearing & Settlement.
• AI testing knowledge & experience in using AI for project testing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration with global vendor/product teams.
• Strong communication and prioritization skills across teams.
• Solid understanding of SWIFT MT, ISO20022; Oracle DB concepts.
• Experience in automated testing using Selenium and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and module-level test execution in GPP projects.
• Prepare Test Plans, manage RTM, and lead defect triage with Dev/Project teams.
