Job summary

LG CNS seeks a Payment Integration Analyst to own payments integration design for a core banking transformation. The hands-on role covers end-to-end integration between Finastra GPP and upstream/downstream systems, with responsibility for interface documentation and stakeholder sign-off.

You will define REST/SOAP APIs, MQ/Kafka interfaces, and ISO 20022 compliance, plus data mapping and secure architecture across middleware layers. Experience with ICDis/ISDs is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience in core banking transformation programs.
• Hands-on Finastra GPP integration with techno-functional knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of RTGS, SWIFT, cross-border payments, ISO 20022.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MQ/Kafka, file interfaces; JSON/XML.
• Sign-off on ICDs/ISDs and design artifacts; independent contributor.
• Stakeholder management across business, interface/platform, and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Design integrations for RTGS, SWIFT, Cards, and real-time payment systems on Finastra GPP.
• Define REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, and file-based integrations; ensure accurate GL posting, reconciliation, and financial postings.
• Develop source-to-target data mapping and transformation rules for payments interfaces.
• Coordinate middleware layers across the integration landscape (ESB, API Gateway, iPaaS).
• Own Interface Control Documents (ICD), API specifications, and ISO 20022/SWIFT schema docs; drive sign-off.
• Produce end-to-end flow and architecture diagrams covering payments, GL, and markets integration points.
• Ensure integration security and compliance: OAuth2, SSL, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive stakeholder calls, address concerns, and move design decisions to closure.

The IA will design end-to-end integration between GPP and upstream/downstream systems, own interface documentation, and drive stakeholder and vendor sign-off. This is a hands‑on role, not a purely supervisory one.

Key Responsibilities

• Design integrations for RTGS, SWIFT, Cards, and real-time payment systems on Finastra GPP.
• Define REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, Kafka, and file-based integrations; ensure accurate GL posting, reconciliation, and financial postings.
• Develop source-to-target data mapping and transformation rules for payments interfaces.
• Coordinate middleware layers (ESB, API Gateway, iPaaS) across the integration landscape.
• Own Interface Control Documents (ICD), API specifications, and ISO 20022/SWIFT MT–MX schema documentation; drive review and sign-off with stakeholders and vendors.
• Produce end-to-end flow and architecture diagrams covering payments, trade, lending, GL, and markets integration points.
• Ensure integration security and compliance: OAuth2, SSL, and payment regulatory requirements.
• Drive stakeholder calls, address concerns in real time, and keep integration design decisions moving to closure.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with substantial hands‑on experience in core banking transformation/implementation programs.
• Hands‑on Finastra GPP implementation/integration experience, with techno‑functional knowledge of the GPP product.
• Strong functional/technical knowledge of RTGS, SWIFT, cross-border payments, and ISO 20022 messaging.
• Experience integrating payments platforms via REST/SOAP APIs, MQ/Kafka, and file-based interfaces, with JSON/XML data formats.
• Experience preparing and obtaining sign‑off on ICDs/ISDs and integration design artifacts.Proven experience as an individual contributor who can independently drive solutioning, documentation, and approvals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, interface/platform, and Solution Architecture teams.
