Qualifikationen

• Act as a Head of Retail Practice across business and technology transformation initiatives
• Understand retail operating models and customer journeys to guide solution development
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify transformation opportunities and define requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional, technical, and solution requirements
• Partner with Architects, Engineering, Data, and AI teams to define scalable technology solutions
• Participate in architecture discussions and provide retail-domain recommendations
• Conduct discovery workshops and facilitate technology assessments and PoCs
• Evaluate proposed technology solutions from customer needs and business outcomes perspective
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to communicate product-related solutions and impact
• Mentor teams on retail industry practices, trends, and transformation strategies

Job Requirements :

• 12-18 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing successful product strategies that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends, technologies (e.g., AI), and consumer behavior patterns.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data insights into actionable recommendations.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Deep expertise in Retail and E-commerce business processes including merchandising, pricing, inventory management, supply chain, store operations, digital commerce, customer experience, and loyalty programmes
• Strong Product Management and Product lifecycle ownership capabilities, including discovery, roadmap definition, alignment, and prioritization
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills
• Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, user story creation, and functional specifications
• Retail business process transformation and digital transformation consulting experience
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional, product, and technology requirements
• Strong understanding of retail operating models, customer journeys, and end-to-end business workflows
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering teams, Data teams, and business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions

• Data Analytics, AI, and Machine Learning exposure in retail use cases
• Retail modernization and cloud migration initiatives
• Agile delivery methodologies and product engineering practices
