• 2+ years of experience in platform engineering, automation, or a related role.
• Familiarity with automation tools Blue Prism, Knime, and Retool.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure services and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL and SRE methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Position Overview

As a Smart Automations Platform Engineer, you will lead and continuously enhance the end‑to‑end service delivery for critical business processes on both regional and global scales, emphasizing automation platforms. You will develop a deep understanding of our services and business requirements, ensuring that the support model, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational level agreements (OLAs) align with customer expectations.

In this role, you will deliver operational excellence by employing best practices such as ITIL and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). You will actively seek opportunities to drive efficiencies through standardization, automation, and simplification. Additionally, you will learn to lead crisis management for complex, high-impact outages and oversee all aspects of service delivery, including quality assurance, service transition, vendor management, and service level management.
