Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a Lead Consultant – Technical Operations Engineer (TechOps) to support and maintain cloud-based platforms on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on production support, incident management, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring availability of business-critical services, with a 24x7 rotation.

You will work with AKS, Docker, SQL databases, and monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Azure Monitor.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supporting production environments on Microsoft Azure.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and containerized applications.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or Azure SQL Database, including query analysis and performance troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, or ELK.
• Knowledge of Windows system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Consultant – Technical Operations Engineer (TechOps)

Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to support and maintain cloud-based platforms and applications hosted on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on production support, incident management, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring the availability and stability of business-critical services.

This position requires participation in a 24x7 support model, including rotational shifts, on-call support, and weekend coverage.
