Job summary

AB InBev India is seeking an Assistant Manager - Packaging for the Supply team based in Neemrana, Rajasthan. The role focuses on assisting in package control, production management, and staff development to build a high-performing packaging unit.

Responsibilities include coordinating daily production meetings, ensuring product quality through critical control points, and supervising the end-to-end packaging process while optimizing resources and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily production meetings, gathering records of each squad, grasp the day of completion of production tasks, report production and operation tasks
• According to the company's packaging technology requirements of the critical control points control to ensure product quality to meet and exceed the company's packaging average standard
• Organization Executive packaging production plan, supervise and control the entire process of packaging production, packaging production plan to ensure the successful completion
• Multichannel understand packaging production status, analyze and solve problems arising in the course of packaging, packaging production line to ensure stable and efficient operation
• Tracking changes in production planning, supervision and ensure planner timely adjust production plans
• According to the respective target plant performance evaluation program, the implementation of assessment work, in order to better and more accurately make the employees of promotion, dismissal, incentives, wages, benefits and training programs, and to develop a long-term succession plan, cultivate reserve forces
• Strengthen communication with their staff to guide staff development plans, improve the overall quality of staff
• Through cooperation and outsourcing company, supervise the contractor responsible for the management of on-site contractor outworkers. Timely and on-site person in charge of the production line of communication problems, maximize the utilization of personnel and to ensure compliance department budget 3yp project execution and support The timely completion of their superiors arranged to work with the task
• Master and customize VPO using tools and methods to ensure the KPI control within budget; while continuing to target new challenges, and continually improve performance
• Ensure to active participation of all Internal & external audits time to time & reach to compliance as per company target

Purpose

Assistance in package control and production management activities to implement the packaging unit, carry out and implement the work plan for the packaging unit to ensure that the packaging production of high-efficiency, high-quality conduct; collect production information to support decision making packing department manager; organizing staff training and SOP formulation; planning and implementation of the department responsible for the project and a variety of technology projects; help managers develop human resources in this sector, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, to build a successful team.
