Qualifications

• 57 years of professional experience in SketchUp exterior modelling.
• Strong understanding of elevations, faade design, materials and textures.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp.
• Develop accurate models of building faades, villas, residential buildings, and architectural structures.
• Translate 2D drawings, elevations and concepts into detailed 3D models.
• Develop different elevation options based on design requirements.
• Apply materials, textures and finishes to exterior models.
• Ensure correct scale, proportion, alignment and detailing.
• Coordinate with Architects and Designers to understand and execute the design intent.
• Incorporate design revisions and feedback efficiently.
• Prepare clean and well-organised SketchUp models for 3D rendering and presentation.
• Coordinate with the rendering/visualisation team for final output.
• Manage and maintain project files and ensure timely delivery.

Brief

We are looking for an experienced SketchUp Elevation Designer with 57 years of professional experience and extensive expertise in exterior architectural modelling using SketchUp.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural elevations, faade design, proportions, materials, textures, and exterior detailing. The candidate will be responsible for converting architectural drawings and design concepts into accurate and detailed 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D models using SketchUp.
• Develop accurate models of building faades, villas, residential buildings, and architectural structures.
• Translate 2D architectural drawings, elevations, and concepts into detailed 3D models.

• Apply appropriate materials, textures, and finishes to exterior models.

Software Skills

• Extensive proficiency in SketchUp is mandatory.
• Strong experience in exterior architectural modelling.
• Knowledge of V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion or other rendering software
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in SketchUp exterior modelling, with excellent spatial understanding, architectural detailing skills, and a strong eye for proportions, materials, and faade composition. Experience with high-end residential, luxury villas, and premium architectural projects will be preferred.
