Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed 3D interior models using SketchUp.
• Develop models based on architectural and interior design drawings.
• Model furniture, ceilings, walls, flooring, joinery, architectural elements, and custom details.
• Understand and interpret AutoCAD drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
• Coordinate with Interior Designers and Architects to develop and refine 3D models.
• Incorporate design changes and revisions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain organised and properly layered/grouped SketchUp models.
• Ensure accuracy of dimensions, proportions, materials, and design details.
• Prepare models suitable for 3D visualisation and rendering.
• Coordinate with 3D visualisers to ensure models are ready for final rendering.
• Assist the design team in developing design options and presentations when required.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior SketchUp Modeler with 57 years of professional experience in creating detailed 3D models for high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial interiors.

The ideal candidate should have strong SketchUp modelling skills, a good understanding of interior design, materials, furniture, joinery, and architectural detailing. The candidate should be able to accurately translate 2D drawings and design concepts into detailed and well-organised 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and detailed 3D interior models using SketchUp.
• Develop models based on architectural and interior design drawings.
• Model furniture, ceilings, walls, flooring, joinery, architectural elements, and custom details.
• Understand and interpret AutoCAD drawings, plans, elevations, and sections.
