Job summary

Universal CG in Delhi, India seeks a detail-oriented 3D Exterior Modeller to create accurate, production-ready architectural exterior models from drawings and BIM data, collaborating closely with visualisers and architects.

You will model building exteriors, site elements, hardscape and landscape, ensure clean topology, organise project files, and support rendering workflows with efficient asset management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in architectural 3D modelling.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Excellent modelling skills with attention to accuracy and scale.
• Experience working with CAD and BIM data.
• Knowledge of scene organisation, asset management, and optimisation techniques.
• Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

• Organise and maintain project files according to studio standards.
• Coordinate with visualisation artists to support rendering requirements.
• Review architectural documentation for modelling accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reusable modelling assets and libraries.

Required Skills & Qualifications
