Job summary

Microgreen Technologies is seeking a Sitecore Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Sitecore CMS, leveraging SXA, Solr, and personalization features.

You will build reusable SXA components, renderings, templates, and page designs, configure Solr indexes, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and UI/UX teams to implement business requirements, deployments, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Sitecore CMS.
• Develop reusable SXA components, renderings, templates, and page designs.
• Configure and optimize Solr search indexes for search and content discovery requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and UI/UX teams to implement business requirements.
• Customize Sitecore workflows, personalization, rules engine, and marketing features.
• Develop integrations between Sitecore and third-party systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Troubleshooting and fixing bugs is the role of a salesforce developer.
• Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff.
• Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
• Communication / Interpersonal Skills Competence to collaborate and work smoothly with other task forces/clients with equal ease and confidence.
• Analytical Skills – Detailed analysis of customer requirements and to be able to convert that into appropriate design and code.
• Problem Solving Skills– Ability to manage and monitor bugs/errors and find relevant solutions quickly.
• Project Management – To some extent, developers must have basic project management skills to execute their portions on time and gel well with each other.
