Job summary

ISA in India, Maharashtra seeks an experienced Sitecore Architect to lead architecture, development, and delivery of scalable digital experience platforms. You will set standards, drive performance and security, and mentor Sitecore teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience with strong Sitecore expertise (9/10, SXA, XM/XP). Sitecore certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Sitecore solution architecture, development standards, technical governance, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable digital experience solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and support Sitecore developers by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting engineering excellence.
• Design, develop, and oversee integrations between Sitecore and internal enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services, and third-party platforms to support business and digital transformation requirements.
• Drive technical solution design, effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical decision-making to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Ensure the scalability, performance, security, availability, and reliability of the Sitecore platform by implementing industry best practices and proactively addressing technical risks.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product, UX/UI, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective digital experience solutions.
• Evaluate emerging Sitecore capabilities, .NET technologies, and digital experience trends, recommending improvements that enhance platform capability, application quality, and development efficiency.
• Support application deployment, release planning, and production issue resolution while ensuring compliance with established development, security, and release management processes.

Responsible for leading the architecture, development, and delivery of Sitecore-based digital experience platform. Provides technical leadership in designing scalable solutions, establishing development standards, and ensuring the performance, security, and reliability of Sitecore platforms. Leads and mentors Sitecore development teams, drives technical excellence, and collaborates with business, product, and content stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions aligned with organizational objectives, industry best practices, and established technology standards.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. With 8-10 years of experience including strong Sitecore expertise (9 / 10, SXA, XM / XP). Travel, airline, or e-commerce platform experience is preferred. Sitecore certifications are preferred.

Work Experience

• Fluent in English Language
• Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture, implementation standards, and development best practices.
• Experience with CMS architecture, content modelling, and digital experience platforms.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET development.
• Experience with Headless Sitecore solutions, including Sitecore JSS and Next.js.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and platform implementations.
• Knowledge of personalization capabilities and digital experience optimization.
• Experience in travel, airline, or e-commerce domains is preferred.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, and CI/CD implementation.
