Job summary

ISA in Maharashtra, India seeks a Sitecore Developer to design, customize and support Sitecore-based web applications and digital experiences. You will work with business stakeholders, designers, QA, backend, and senior development teams to deliver secure, high-performing solutions using Sitecore SXA, JSS, and ASP.NET MVC.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of development experience including Sitecore, fluent English, and hands-on Azure, SQL, and Git workflows.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of development experience including Sitecore.
• Fluent in English with strong communication.
• Experience with Sitecore SXA, templates, renderings, and content modelling.
• Proficient with SQL databases and Git workflows.
• Knowledge of Headless Sitecore (JSS).
• Sitecore certification is preferred.
• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Travel, airline, or e-commerce domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, maintain, and enhance Sitecore components, templates, layouts, renderings, and workflows.
• Integrate Sitecore solutions with internal and external systems, APIs, and third-party applications.
• Implement and support content management workflows, publishing processes, and assist content authors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, and performance problems.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and quality of delivered software features by adhering to standards.
• Develop and execute unit tests, support testing activities, and participate in code reviews.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support deployment, configuration, and release activities.

Job Purpose

Implements technical solutions based on approved requirements, integrates Sitecore with internal and external systems, and ensures the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing applications. Working closely with business stakeholders, designers, quality assurance, backend, and senior development teams, the incumbent contributes to the successful delivery, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Sitecore solutions while adhering to established development standards and best practices.

• Integrate Sitecore solutions with internal and external systems, APIs, and third-party applications to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
• Implement and support content management workflows, publishing processes, and provide technical assistance to content authors and business users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, integration issues, and performance problems to ensure application stability and reliability.
• Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and quality of delivered software features by adhering to established development standards and best practices.
• Develop and execute unit tests, support testing activities, and participate in code reviews to maintain software quality and reliability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support application deployment, configuration, and release activities.

Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. With 4-6 years of development experience including Sitecore. Travel, airline, or e-commerce platform experience is preferred.

Work Experience

• Fluent in English Language
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, and ASP.NET MVC development.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore, including SXA, templates, renderings, and content modelling.
• Experience working with SQL databases and Git-based version control workflows.
• Knowledge of Headless Sitecore architecture, including Sitecore JavaScript Services (JSS).
• Sitecore certification is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and development environments.
• Prior experience in travel, airline, or e-commerce domains is preferred.
