Job summary

People Prime Worldwide is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our Hyderabad team. You will build and maintain robust backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL), while improving front-end experiences with React/NodeJS and modern UI patterns.

You will implement secure coding practices, write well-tested code, and participate in CI/CD and automated testing. Collaboration across product, design, QA, security, and platform teams is essential for delivering high-quality increments.

Qualifications

Role & responsibilities

Main Duties

• Build and maintain back-end services and APIs (REST/GraphQL), including integration with upstream/downstream systems.
• Implement secure coding practices, performance optimisation, and observability (logging/monitoring) to meet enterprise requirements.
• Write clean, reusable, well-tested code; contribute to code reviews and shared standards.
• Create and maintain automated tests (unit/integration) and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA, security, and platform teams to deliver increments efficiently.
• CMS (plus): when supporting content-managed sites, develop components/templates, integrate content with services, and support authoring needs (preferably in Sitecore).
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain front-end features using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React/NodeJS) and responsive, accessible UI patterns.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer delivering production web applications.
• Strong front-end engineering skills (HTML/CSS, React).
• Strong back-end engineering skills (.NET/Node.js), API design, authentication/authorisation concepts.
• Working knowledge of software engineering practices: OO/design patterns, version control (Git), CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Good interpersonal communication skills; able to work as part of a team
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Capability to work under pressure and ability to meet deadlines
• Structured, systematic working style; positive attitude and keen to learn
• Able to work overtime on weeknights and weekends if necessary
