Job summary

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders on construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings and measurements and interpret them for site execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quotations, revised quotations, and scope-of-work documents.
• Recommend suitable waterproofing and repair systems and materials.
• Coordinate with clients regarding inspection findings, quotations, work schedules, and payment milestones.
• Coordinate with site engineers, technicians, vendors, and execution teams.
• Monitor waterproofing and repair works to ensure proper execution as per the approved methodology.
• Prepare and document project progress.
• Follow up on pending reports, quotations, work orders, and execution activities.
• Maintain proper records of site inspections, work orders, BOQs, quotations, and project status.
• Support the team in resolving client complaints and technical escalations.
• Assist in training interns and junior team members on basic building defects, inspection procedures, equipment usage, and report preparation.
