Job summary

Allusign is seeking a Site Execution Lead to manage solar project sites, coordinating measurements, documentation, contractor activities, and client communications to ensure timely, quality completion.

The role oversees up to 10 team members, handles BOM checks, site handovers, approvals, and liaison with DISCOM and local authorities, ensuring safe electrical installation. Travel PAN India is expected; on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience 1-5 years in site execution or similar role.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to move PAN India and stay on site for extended periods.
• Able to read and interpret drawings with sound measurement skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and submit measurements in the required format.
• Share measurements with the concerned team and take approvals before leaving site.
• Ensure regular presence at ongoing execution sites.
• Verify material availability as per BOM and report shortages to senior on first day.
• Submit a daily work execution report.
• Maintain all site documentation including attendance, permits, and passes.
• Capture and share site photographs before starting and after completion.
• Collect materials or documents couriered from the office from the nearest location.
• Inform senior at least 3 days prior to site completion for proper handover planning.
• Address queries raised by officers regarding executed work.
• Arrange local manpower for civil work before solar panel installation.
• Coordinate with DISCOM and clients for net metering processes.
• Liaison with local authorities for permissions and coordination.
• Execute complete wiring, earthing, and electrical installation for solar systems.
• Lead and manage a team of up to 10 members to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
