Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction and site activities.

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and work progress at the site.
• Maintain daily site reports, work records, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager/Site Engineer for smooth project execution.
• Monitor the quality and progress of ongoing work.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials.
