Job summary

Arteform Designs Private Limited is seeking a Site Engineer with 8-12 years of experience to lead on luxury construction and interior projects from the Gurgaon site. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a solid ability to read architectural drawings.

The ideal candidate will have PMC exposure and be adept at coordinating labour, vendors, and materials while ensuring timelines and safety compliance for high-end developments in the Delhi NCR region.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of site engineering experience in construction.
• Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
• PMC experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures and material management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, architectural drawings, layout plans and construction documents.
• Experience in labour and vendor management.
• Ability to handle site execution with timelines and deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Experience in handling high-end luxury civil and interior projects.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in Delhi NCR.
