Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical) or relevant trade certification.
• Minimum 6 years of domain-specific site execution experience on large building projects.
• Hands-on contractor experience on hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings.
• Strong reading of drawings, construction sequences, quality standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute site activities for Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Finishing and HVAC domains.
• Interpret drawings and specifications; ensure proper on-site implementation.
• Monitor daily progress, ensure work aligns with plans, quality and safety norms.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely materials, manpower and tools for uninterrupted workflow.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and delays during execution.
• Maintain site records: daily progress, inspections and quality checklists.
• Assist in commissioning, snag closure and handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute site activities related to your specific domain (Civil, Finishing, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and ensure proper implementation at site.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work is executed as per approved plans, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and tools for uninterrupted workflow.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and delays during execution.
• Maintain site records including daily progress reports, inspections, and quality checklists.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and cost control measures.
• Conduct regular quality and safety inspections to meet project standards.
• Assist in commissioning activities, snag list closure, and handover procedures.

Key Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Civil Electrical Mechanical) or relevant trade certification.
• Minimum 6 years of domain‑specific experience in site execution within building construction projects.
• Hands‑on experience working with contractors on large‑scale projects such as 5‑star hotels, hospitals, or commercial buildings.
