Stage Works in India is seeking a Site Supervisor (Architect) to oversee on-site execution of stage engineering and auditorium projects. You will guide implementations of lighting, acoustics, and projection systems while coordinating with in-house experts to ensure design fidelity and quality.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 3+ years of site supervision experience, proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, and demonstrates strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in supervising construction sites, preferably in stage engineering or theater design projects.
• Proficient in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities related to stage engineering, theater design, and audiovisual installations to ensure compliance with architectural plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to identify and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of site activities, including daily logs, progress updates, and any changes to project timelines or budgets.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project status, address any concerns, and ensure client satisfaction with the final outcome.
