Qualifications

• Strong site supervision and project coordination with contractors and on-site teams.

• Proficiency in basic project documentation including daily logs and progress updates.
• Knowledge of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Effective communication to collaborate with designers, clients, and execution teams.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in architecture, interior design, or construction supervision is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related discipline preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and travel as required.
