Job summary

Raheja Universal is seeking a seasoned Construction Supervisor for the Raheja District project in Navi Mumbai. You will oversee on-ground construction, ensure drawings and timelines, coordinate multi-team workflows, and enforce safety standards on a large-scale residential development.

You will lead safety, quality, and productivity efforts, report progress, and manage material usage while ensuring adherence to project milestones and client specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / BE in Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate construction.
• Experience with large-scale residential / township / high-rise projects.
• Experience with reputed developers or EPC companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities across assigned zones/towers.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP, facade, and finishing teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor contractor and labour performance to ensure productivity and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to standards.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety (EHS) norms on site.
• Track progress and report delays, bottlenecks, or issues to the reporting manager.
• Maintain daily reports on progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of materials on site.
• Support in minimizing rework and optimizing resources to achieve milestones.

2. Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
3. Coordinate with Civil, MEP, faade, and finishing teams for smooth workflow.
4. Monitor contractor and labour performance to ensure productivity and timely delivery.
5. Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to Raheja Universal standards.
6. Enforce strict compliance with safety (EHS) norms across all site activities.
7. Track progress and report delays, bottlenecks, or site issues to the reporting manager.
