• Safety & Site Discipline: enforce workplace safety regulations, maintain worker discipline, and report daily progress to site engineers.
• Workflow Tracking: ensure seamless workflow and report bottlenecks or issues to the site engineering team.

About the Role

We are currently hiring a dedicated Site Supervisor for our infrastructure and construction project in the MMR region

Key Responsibilities

• Ground-Level Supervision: Assist site engineers with day-to-day supervision of construction activities and workforce deployment on the field[cite: 6].
• Labor & Material Management: Monitor daily labor productivity, enforce proper material handling and storage on-site, and ensure execution according to engineer instructions.
• Safety & Site Discipline: Enforce workplace safety regulations, maintain worker discipline, and report daily progress directly to site engineers.
• Workflow Tracking: Ensure seamless workflow execution on the ground and report bottlenecks or issues immediately to the site engineering team.
