Job summary

Bharat Builders is seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to manage daily on-site operations and coordinate with engineering and project management teams. You will oversee equipment orders, deliveries, and workforce scheduling, while mentoring field staff and ensuring safety compliance.

The role requires reading schedules, maintaining quality standards on premium hotel projects, and travel to site with own 2-wheeler.

Qualifications

• Required Bachelors Degree in any Field
• Experience in any site project execution is a plus
• Site Execution experience in Premium projects, Hotel projects, Luxury studios preferred
• Eye for quality is a must
• Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule
• Must have own 2 wheeler and a valid license for site travel

Responsibilities

• Liaising with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences
• Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all equipment needed for the project
• Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office
• Managing the work schedules and time cards for all field staff
• Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to
• Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met

We are looking to hire a hard-working Site Supervisor to manage the day-to-day field operations of the assigned work team.The Site Supervisors responsibilities include ordering equipment that is necessary for the project at hand, scheduling delivery of the equipment, and reviewing the equipment budget to ensure that there are no-cost overruns and ordering material on site required for on going site work.You should also be able to train and mentor field staff.
