Job summary

Sterling Building Solutions is hiring for a site supervision role to ensure construction aligns with drawings and quality standards. You will manage materials per BOM, supervise labour safety, and report progress to stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating with customers and contractors to ensure timely project completion, with a preference for those experienced on industrial/warehouse projects and capable of reading site drawings.

Ensure material is used by the contractor as per work order and SOP.
Ensure material is received at site as per the BOM, verify make, quality and quantity.
Ensure safety compliance is strictly followed by all Labour.
Sending reports on site progress and issues.
Coordination for timely completion of project with all concerned.
Coordinate with customer on project requirements.

(2) Ensure material is used by the contractor as per W.O. and S.O.P.
(3) Ensure material is received at site as per the B.O.M. Also ensure make, quality and qty.
(4) Safety compliance is strictly followed by all Labour.
(5) Sending reports.
(6) Co-ordination for timely completion of project with all concerned.
(7) Co-ordinate with customer.
