Job summary

VR Build Mysore is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

The role requires hands-on leadership on site, strong communication with Contractors and Engineers, and meticulous attention to safety, quality, and timely delivery. Candidates should have extensive experience in supervision and be prepared to manage daily site operations on real construction sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in site supervision.
• Basic knowledge of construction/site operations.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to handle workers and manage daily site activities.
• Willingness to work at the site and manage responsibilities independently.
