Job summary

Palminfra Designs is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to own day-to-day interior site execution and translate designs into finished spaces. You will coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and vendors on-site, verify drawings, measurements, and quality, and drive on-time completion with safety and discipline.

The role requires 3+ years in interior site supervision, strong communication, and the ability to read working drawings and manage multiple contractors for residential/commercial

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in interior site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of interior projects and coordinate all site activities.
• Maintain daily attendance/manpower records for all workers and contractors at each site.
• Share daily attendance and manpower updates with the project team.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved designs, working drawings, specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate and manage carpenters, civil contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters, fabricators and other vendors.
• Read and understand interior, furniture, electrical, plumbing and false ceiling drawings.
• Take and verify site measurements before fabrication and execution.
• Monitor workmanship, dimensions, levels, alignment, finishing and overall quality.
• Coordinate sequencing between different trades to avoid delays and rework.
• Check materials delivered to site for quantity, quality, specifications and finishes.
• Coordinate material requirements and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Supervise carpentry and custom furniture execution, including carcasses, shutters, hardware, veneer and laminate work.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, lighting, ceiling and other services with interior works.
• Identify site issues, drawing discrepancies and execution problems and report them promptly to the project/design team.
• Ensure completed work is protected from damage during subsequent activities.
• Maintain daily site progress updates, photographs, attendance records and pending-work reports.
• Follow up with contractors on deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Conduct detailed snagging and ensure all defects are rectified before project handover.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organisation and basic safety standards.

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who can take ownership of day-to-day site execution and ensure that the design is translated accurately into the finished space.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable being on site, coordinating people and materials, identifying problems before they become expensive, and maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

What We Are Looking For

• Over 3 years of experience in interior site supervision / interior execution.
• Strong understanding of residential and/or commercial interior projects.
• Ability to read and interpret working drawings.
• Good knowledge of carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing and finishing works.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes and construction methods.
• Good measurement and site coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving site issues.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

Key Expectations

The Site Supervisor is expected to take ownership of the project site, not merely monitor labour. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented and capable of identifying issues before they result in delays, rework or additional costs.

Candidates with hands‑on experience in interior execution and high-quality residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
