Job summary

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and management teams.
• Ensure materials, machinery, and manpower are available as required.
• Monitor workmanship and coordinate quality inspections.
• Implement site safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Maintain daily progress reports, labour records, material consumption records, and site documentation.
• Identify site issues and report delays, risks, and resource needs to management.
• Assist in controlling wastage, rework, and unnecessary expenditure.
