Lagrange Point International is seeking a senior SRE/DevOps leader to build and scale our reliability function in Bengaluru. You will own platform reliability, drive incident response practices and lead a growing team of engineers focused on cloud operations and automation.

The role emphasizes hands-on AWS and Kubernetes expertise, strong SaaS background, and a track record of delivering scalable, cost-efficient infrastructure. Join a fast-growth enterprise with a strong focus on resilience.

Competenze

• Experience: 8+ years in SRE, DevOps or infrastructure; 2+ years managing engineers.
• Strong hands-on AWS, Kubernetes and database reliability experience.
• SRE fundamentals: SLOs, incident response, observability and automation.
• Engineering pedigree: strong product/SaaS background preferred; IIT/NIT/BITS a plus.
