Tekskills Inc. is seeking a senior Lead Site Reliability Engineer to guide reliability initiatives across TechOps and Platform Engineering. You will design, build, and operate scalable platforms, drive SRE best practices, and automate workflows to reduce outages.

The role emphasizes strong collaboration with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to ensure platform stability and robust observability through logs, metrics, and alerts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SRE initiatives across TechOps and Platform Engineering.
• Experience driving SRE best practices including SLIs, SLOs and incident handling.
• Ability to automate infrastructure, deployments and workflows.
