Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability across TechOps and Platform Engineering in Bengaluru. The role focuses on designing and operating highly reliable platforms, implementing SRE best practices, and collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and security teams.

The candidate will automate infrastructure, deployments, and operational workflows while improving observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting to ensure platform stability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, platform engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in designing reliable, scalable systems and incident response.
• Experience implementing SLIs/SLOs and error budgets; automating infrastructure and deployments.
