Tekskills Inc. seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive SRE initiatives across TechOps and Platform Engineering. You will design, build, and operate scalable platforms, implement SLIs/SLOs, manage incidents, and automate infrastructure and workflows to improve observability and reliability.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in SRE or related fields, with strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure platform stability and continuous improvement.
