Job summary

Arroact is seeking a skilled Sitecore Developer with 3–5 years of Sitecore experience to join our distributed team. You will work on Sitecore XP and XM Cloud projects, building scalable, headless experiences and integrating with React/Next.js via Sitecore JSS.

You’ll collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps and UX to deliver high-performing solutions, upgrade and migrate deployments, and follow best practices for security and performance across global projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Sitecore development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sitecore XP (MVC architecture).
• Experience on at least 1 Sitecore XM Cloud project.
• Knowledge of Sitecore JSS.
• Understanding of .NET / C#, ASP.NET MVC, REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work in remote/distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Sitecore XP and XM Cloud.

• Build front-end integrations using Sitecore JSS (React/Next.js).
• Implement Sitecore features: Content Management, Personalization, Workflows, Multisite & Multilingual.

We are looking for a skilled Sitecore Developer with solid experience in Sitecore XP and exposure to Sitecore XM Cloud. The ideal candidate should have worked on at least 1 real-world XM Cloud project and have experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining Sitecore-based solutions. You will collaborate with architects, UX designers, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-performing digital experiences.

• Develop and maintain solutions using Sitecore XP and XM Cloud
• Work on headless architecture using Sitecore XM Cloud
• Build front-end integrations using Sitecore JSS (React / Next.js preferred)
• Implement Sitecore features such as:
  • Content Management
  • Personalization (basic to intermediate)

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and UX teams for smooth delivery
• Follow best practices for performance, security, and scalability

• Strong hands‑on experience with Sitecore XP (MVC architecture)
• Experience on at least 1 Sitecore XM Cloud project
• Working knowledge of Sitecore JSS
• Strong understanding of:

  • Headless CMS concepts
• Experience with Git / Azure DevOps
• Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Comfortable working in remote / distributed teams
