SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an Application-Facing Site Reliability Engineer to enhance the reliability, availability, performance and resilience of business-critical applications. The role focuses on observability, automation and production-engineering practices to detect degradation early and accelerate recovery.

You will own reliability, build health visibility, lead incident diagnosis, and work across teams to eliminate recurring failures while improving recoverability and performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in site reliability, production troubleshooting or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of reliability, availability, performance and resilience of applications.
• Proficiency with observability tooling, logs and telemetry.

We are seeking an Application-Facing Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, performance and resilience of business-critical applications. You will use observability, automation and production-engineering practices to detect degradation early, accelerate recovery, eliminate recurring failures and improve operational readiness across the end-to-end application service.

What You Bring

• Strong production application troubleshooting and systems-thinking capability.
• Hands-on experience with observability, APM, logs and operational telemetry.
• Experience with incidents, problems, performance analysis and reliability improvement.
• Scripting or automation capability and familiarity with modern delivery practices.
• Clear communication, ownership and the ability to influence across technical teams.
