Job summary

NexionPro Services is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to strengthen cloud reliability and security. The role focuses on credential and patch management, automation, and resilient deployments across AWS services.

• Proficient in secrets management, patching, and lifecycle governance.
• Experience with risk controls like password rotations and user access management.
• Automation of manual tasks to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch).
• Experience building and maintaining AWS components via CloudFormation (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambdas, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB).
• Knowledge of secure-by-design principles and secure coding practices.

Job Role: Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience with Secrets Management, Vulnerability Patching, Certificate Lifecycle, Software/Application upgrades, Tech Resiliency


• Extensive experience addressing risk control metrics such as password rotations, obsolescence, user access management


• Strong background in automating manual processes


• Experience working in monitoring and observability tools e.g. Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch


• Building, deploying, and maintaining AWS components using CloudFormation e.g. EC2, S3, IAM, Lambdas, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB


• Strong understanding of Secure by design principles


• GitOps and CI/CD experience e.g. GitHub, Bitbucket, GitHub Actions, Bamboo, ArgoCD


• Experience performing cleanup/decommissioning activities


• Capability to perform L1/L2 on-call support functions

• Able to come to the Gurugram office 3 days a week


• Flexibility of working hours where needed


• Experience working within Agile delivery framework


• Use of JIRA and Confluence for task management and documentation
