Job summary

Isgec Hitachi Zosen Limited seeks experienced Site QC Engineers (Mechanical) to oversee quality at project sites across PAN India. Five positions are available for professionals with 8–14 years of experience and NDT Level II certification.

Candidates should have Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and knowledge of IBR/ASME/API standards. The role demands coordination with clients, consultants and field teams to ensure compliance and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering required.
• NDT Level II in RT/UT/VT/PT mandatory.
• Knowledge of IBR/ASME/API standards desired.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming material with certificates and proper storage at site.
• Erection & alignment of equipment as per FQAP and ensure compliance with drawings and specs.
• Conduct inspections for piping, pressure parts, rotary equipment, storage tanks and vessels, primary & secondary structures.
• Witness NDT activities/pressure tests and coordinate with customer representatives.
• Maintain quality protocols, IRs and other site quality documentation.
• Handle and maintain records of SAR/QFR and support internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams for all quality activities.

Key Responsibilities
