• Independently resolve issues using established procedures; consult supervisor when needed.
• Coordinate with designers, modality leaders and project managers to resolve issues efficiently.
• Communicate with customers across EMEA and Latam regions and manage daily drawing production data.
• Attend trainings to maintain knowledge of technical and process developments.

Job Description Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preparation of site installation drawings of medical equipment in Autodesk AutoCAD for multiple modalities.
• Drawings based on the technical requirements, workflow needs, local specifications and other provided documentation.
• Independent resolution of issues using established procedures.
• Consulting supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
• Communication with peers (other Designers and Modality Leaders) and customers (Project Managers of Installation) to ensure finding the right solution and resolving issues in a smooth and efficient way.
• Communication with customers from all EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and Latam regions.
• Administration and review of all necessary data along daily drawing production.
• Continuous attendance at various trainings to ensure actualization of knowledge regarding the technicalities and process.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering

• Autodesk AutoCAD (or equivalent software) knowledge and experience - 2D.
• Fluent English language.
